The Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumph

Today we went up the Eiffel Tower. It was awesome! We went to the top. The view streched out to all of Paris! Up top there was a screen that showed which direction the citys were in different countries, including the U.S. It was very far away. We bought little Eiffel Tower models and we thought we could make models of a section of Paris. We also went to the Arc de Triumph on Champs-Elysees, the most famous avenue in the world! It was WAY older than the Eiffel Tower. It was cool and I mean COOL! It was surrounded by a round-about, which is where you go into a big circle in the road and you keep going until you find where you want to go. Actually, that was a week ago.

Something funny.
The "YOU ARE IN FRANCE" momment
We were coming out of the airport and we ran into a tollbooth. Dad says "Parlez vous anglais?" (Do you speak english?) The tollbooth guy groans, dad says "Okay so I've got american express, and american $. The guy's like, "american $? YOU ARE IN FRANCE!!!"
